Sweet & Sour Chicken  = 6 servings

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup less sodium soy sauce or less sodium Tamari sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar (apple cider vinegar is ok)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Fresh ginger, minced (1/2 tsp. Powdered ginger is ok)
Dash pepper
10 pieces chicken, with bones is best

Mix all ingredients except chicken in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Place chicken in a shallow baking pan.  Pour sauce over.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.  Baste from time to time.
Serve with rice.
