Chicken breasts for 4           1 Tbsp. curry powder
1/2 c. honey                            2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. Dijon style mustard

Place chicken snugly, skin side down, in flat baking dish in one layer.
Make marinade by mixing the rest of ingredients.
Pour over chicken and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
When ready, turn chicken, cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Remove foil, baste well and continue baking, uncovered, for 15 more minutes.
Spoon sauce over chicken to serve.
