1 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic pressed
2 med. tomatoes or 14oz. can peeled and chopped
2 oz. feta cheese
Small can sliced black olives
1 tsp. oregano (crumbled between fingers)
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in sauce pan and simmer 15 minutes. Serve on hot pasta – Rotelle tossed in a bowl.
