1 lb ground turkey

2 cloves crushed garlic

1-2 bell peppers (any color)

3 tablespoons crushed ginger (I use the kind you can buy in a jar that is liquified in the produce section)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 stalk of green onion, chopped

Brown ground turkey until mostly cooked.  Add soy sauce, crushed ginger and garlic.  Continue to add to taste if need be.  I think the perfect combination between the ginger and the soy sauce really makes the dish.  Add bell peppers and onion.  Serve on iceburg lettuce leaves or romaine leaves with white sticky rice!
